A special world for you and me
A special bond one cannot see
It wraps us up in its cocoon
And holds us fiercely in its womb.
THE KILLER TOMATOES !
YES I

I just drew the picture as an aesthetic exercise, but I do often think about my theistic beliefs.
They're kind of heady and tough for me to vocalize, but in short, I'm agnostic.
I can't bring myself to believe in anything resembling a Christian, Greek, Hindu or any other dogmatic God I've encountered, but at the same time I can't deny the influence of spirituality in my life. I sometimes feel alone in the universe and sometimes don't. But I probably lean more to the atheistic side of the fence, since I'm partial to the clockmaker theory and the only religion based upon scripture that doesn't bother me is Buddhism and I kind of think that that's more a philosophy or lifestyle of self-betterment than religion. Really, I'm opposed to religion, like most intelligent people (not all), but empathetic to spirituality. I don't know if that makes sense, but I'm mature enough to admit that there's always another side to an issue and I'm hardly someone who can simply say "Yes, there definitely is a God," or "No, God is a lie," because history has told me that there are many arguments for and against God's existence. But the existence of a single or multiple Gods simply can't be proven or disproven. It's all in the individual. For every argument a staunch atheist like Richard Dawkins presents, you can always fall back on the probability factor; that is that they are merely providing odds, not definite conclusions. I don't know. I need to read more.
I'm off track here. Just know that I'm an ambivalent fence-sitter in my theistic beliefs.
What about you?
